Mr. Haymore

Mr. Haymore is very humerous. He made me laugh,today with his great humerous joke. Other than that he is brilliant wise man who came up with this saying. Indeed it speaks what a person should be responsible for. Youth especially should be responsible for their own body, mind, and spirit. If a person can take great responsibilities of these listed above it shows that they take care of themselves. A person who can't take responsibility of these three things prove to be nothing but a CTW person. To take responsibility of the body means, the person won't harm it in any way. Being responsible for your own body means the person is aware of what's going on throughout themselves. This means that they won't smoke, drink or risk themselves for dumb reasons. A person who is responsible for their mind shows that a person is responsible for their own way of thinking. Sometimes a person can break that rule and rage with their attitude. They might cuss or swear. That is not what to do, if a person wants to take full responsiblitiy of the mind. Lastly, to be responsible for spiritual well being is to be responsible about your beliefs. Some people can be negative and judge about people's belief or dreams. People should be allow to follow what they believe or what they dream of. Mr.Haymore would be a great guess lol.

LAUSD STUDENT SERVICES

Los Angeles Unified School District has a lot to offer for us students. We are fortunate to have these oppurtunities to improve our disadvanteges. Thank god, LAUSD have these services to help people's future, because we are going to be the adults of tommorrow. With these services, LAUSD is making a change. To improve our school life, LAUSD has a lot to offer like, student health and human resources services, transportation services, the food menu reminder, LGBTQ, and school safety. Student health and human resources get together with families and students and make sure they are keeping up with their health for example, physical, mental, or emotional health. Transportation services are a great advantage for those students who doesn't have any access to transport to school other than walking. With an MTA pass card, the student is set to go on the bus. Sometimes the District gives out what will be served in the menu. This is clever because it is okay to be aware what is going on. LGBTQ is a supporting service for the people who prefer the same gender. Basically this service supports these gay students who go through alot. School safety, is all about the student's safety regardless. The service's main goal is to, create and maintain a safe environment that supports learning and achievement.

LAUSD not only supports student life but there educational life too. Some of the services they have to offer are Pupil Services, Bullying Support Services, and LA public libary resources. Pupil's service ensures that the student is alive, attending school, and is present. They will inform if there is any problem. Bullying support services is a a great service for either the bully or the victim. Bullying can be very hurtful but that shouldn't interfere with education, so that's why ew have this service. LA public libaries are good resources for those who don't have access to books or the internet. It comes with a great advantage, and it is good that you won't have to pay.

Personally I feel like we live in a generation where the help is in the touch of our hands. I feel fortunate to have these resources right next to me. I got to thank LAUSD for helping these students with disadvantages because they are making a change in there lives. Some people go through a lot and it interferes with their studies. These people can become something in life, and grow out of their problems, so that is something really great to do.

This quote explains how a person should be. A person should be both intelligent and have a good character. A good character isn't enough because education is needed to gain intelligence. Without the intelligence, the person will just flop in the water. Sometimes intelligence is not much because a person uses their intelligence for a wrong purpose. Sometimes people with the help of intelligence, manipulate others and that isn't good. Intelligence is nothing if the person uses it for the evil and bad. However, a combination of good character and intelligence can get people to a higher state. These people will float safely in life. The reason why is because they are balanced. If the person has a good character that means they take their education serious, and they use their intelligence for a good cause to help others. Once again intelligence is quite powerful, and it could be used negatively or postively. It is rather better to use intelligence in a positive way because it shows more than just a brain. Behind the brains their is character and the person stays floating. That is how a real person should be educated. With only intelligence, the person will sink at some point due to the lack of character. With only good character, the person will sink as well, due to the lack of intelligence. The main point is to stay floating with both intelligence and character to be a great CTR person in life.

Neonatologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Neonatologists are people who specialize in medical help for newborns. These specific newborns are those who are prematured, or have a certain illness. A neonatologist job is to try to diagnose what illness the baby has and try to cure it. Some serious life threatning illness the baby suffers from is sometimes cure, sometimes through surgery procedure. Babies are treated if they are born with birth deffects. Sometimes a neonatologist is there to assist in delivering a baby. A neonatologist provides propper care and nutrition for ill newborns, to grow properly and have strength.

Salary:

Weekly $4,427 

Education:

In order to become a neonatologist, the person must attend a medical school. Only four years are required. After graduating medical school, three years of residency training in general pedriatics is needed. It is a second step closer to becoming a neonatologist. You then need to complete an extra of three years to finish training in newborn intesive care. As soon as those three years are over, you can get a certification from the American Board of Pedriatics and by the Sub-board of Neonatal Perinatal Medicine. Averagly it takes up to 10 years to become one.

Reflection:

I would like to be a neonatologist because my goal in life is to help someone, more specifally a baby. No baby needs to suffer through a lot and I want to help those babies in need. It is actually my second choice, behind a Cardiologist. I can relate to this because my brother wasn't born properly and a neonatologist saved his life. Maybe that's what I want to do, save innocent lives.

This quote speaks out and is still relevant today in our youth. Some people want to choose the right, but it is just so hard for them because the people around them discourages them. In a way choosing the wrong when you don't want to can be caused by peer pressure or bullying. I will be honest, but if I ever see someone in that position I will encourage to do what is right and reach out for help. The message needs to spread out that today's youth must get courage, so that they don't end up crashing against the dead end of the road. Being courages to choose the right makes a person really smarter in a way because they know what exactly happen to those CTW kind of people. Peer pressure should end because it is not nice a good person is forced to choose the wrong. It is not nice to put a CTR person at risk because of people's choices. Many vile, evil, cold things just die already, and revive the courage and the greatness of choosing the right. I can relate to this because my supposed friends told me to make fun and bash a person. I really didn't wanted to but I did. Again I was told to embarrass someone, but something felt not right. I stood up to myself, apologized to what I've done, and found the right kind of people. I'm glad I made that choice. In today's youth not that many people hang out with the right kind of people. That's why those people get influenced into doing the wrong. However it is great to have a friend who encourages to choose the right. If a person is left behind, they should just talk to some great adult figure and talk about choosing the right and having courage to take the right road. If more people grow courage, the more people will be entering the right pathway. Less people will end up in the dead end. It will happen one day if the message is spread out.

Lies come from choosing the wrong. It is quite obvious because telling a lie comes around if you repeat yourself. People go through one heck of a hell depending on the lie. Lieing is never ever okay. Lie after lie haunts people in many punishing ways. In a way as a human, we lie at times, but we learn from our mistakes to never do it again. People mostly lie, to cover up the truth, and most people would rather hear the hard truth, rather than a harsh lie. Whatever the case is lieing is never okay. It lead to more problems, and people would suffer throughout the process. Lieing comes with consequences and eventually people will find out. One obvious way a person is lieing is by looking at them in their eyes. Liars tend to look away or constantly move their eyes. Secondly a liar adds unneccassry details in their statement, while a person speaking the truth would clearly state their truth with strong eyecontact and convincing wording. The tone of voice seems different when someone lies, while the person telling the truth seems to have no change in voice tone. Also some liars tend to do some small action like leaning back and forth, staying still, playing with an object, hair touching, or drinking any liquid to distract themselves from telling the truth. People with these signs might be constant liars and you can clearly see them through their actions. People lie to hide the real truth. Sometimes people chose the wrong by accident and are too afraid to admit, but admitting the truth is relieving and people save themselves from more stress, and consequences. If the truth is harsh, life moves on, and people get something out of the truth. Telling the truth makes you have integrity while lieing can be quite brutal to any person themselves.

Pinochio is known for lieing. The fact that his nose grows each time he lies symobolizes punishment. No one will really grow a big nose if they lie.

Christmas was fun. I spend time of it at church with my parents and siblings, to pray to the lord. I got to say I'm greatful to be alive to be making memories with the people I love. It was all warmth. love, and kindness these few weeks. So in church, we donated items like clothes, toys, food, and candy. It does feel great to give away knowing you are going to make feel someone better. So I guess I would consider that a CTR experience. I also went to places like Santa Monica Pier. It was really cold. but I did manage to get some fun out of it. I also travelled into nature somewhere into the woods. I seriously enjoyed walking through the woods to smell that nice tree scent and here birds chirping. Other than that we went shopping. I went shopping at thrift shops, to find myself something unique. During the winter weeks I met no one, although I wish I can meet a celebrity. During the rainy days we watched movies in our Netflix accounts. It was that time of year when I just want to be in bed watching movies while sipping some chocolate. I am very greatful my father bought me a piano, because it was all I wanted. Seriously, I have a great passion for writing songs, and with this piano, it comes in handy. I feel lucky to be healthy and be back to be in this computer typing. I feel so happy to be back to see Haymore's joyful smile and my friends. Now that I am recharged I am planning to aim at the straight A's like my younger brother to make people around me happy.
