''In life as in footbsll, you won't go far, unless you know where the goalposts are.''

Arnold H. Glasgow
1905-1998
The words said, are just magneficant. Glasgow is right and this is some issue for people going through high school. Some people in High School, really don't have any plans. At the moment it might seem okay, but later on it just doesn't look good. The person looks unprepared for the years to come. Now if a football player knows where the goalposts are, then they will br an advantage to the team. Not only that, but they will make it far in the game, compared to someone who doesn't know. We can also relate to this with certain people. People who are rather prepared and know what they want to accomplish, are people who are ready for the future. Their own plans got them ready, so when the time comes they will achieve their goals. For example, I can say that this senior student is lost and doesn't know what they want to do in life. That person, will not make it far unfortunately since they had no plans earlier. Even now it is never to late to start planning ahead for the goals yet to be achieved. Work and effort has to be put in so that many goals can be accomplished. Just like a football player, he must work and push his limits and know exactly where the goalposts are, so he can be a great advantage to his team. It is imperative to know that time is fast, and it is better to plan ahead, so people can know what to expect and what is coming
